Actually, this visit to New York is for a meeting of the C40.
사실 이번 뉴욕방문은 C40 참석을 위해서였는데요.

When I attended the steering committee, I reported three experience and issues in Seoul.
C40 운영위원회에 참석했을 때 서울의 세 가지 사례를 소개했습니다.

First, I mentioned today, waste separation and recycling.
첫 번째는 오늘 제가 말씀드린 폐기물 처리와 재활용입니다.

It's a very successful case.
아주 성공적인 사례죠.

And second, as I told you, I introduced the climate companion card.
두 번째로 아까 말씀드렸던 기후동행카드를 소개했습니다.

And for your information, it's for the tourists and foreign people also.
참고로 이 카드는 관광객과 외국인도 사용할 수 있습니다.

It will be very useful, i think.
굉장히 유용할 것이라고 생각합니다.

And third, was the eco-mileage system.
세 번째로 소개한 건 에코 마일리지 제도입니다.

Actually, 10 years ago in my first term as mayor of Seoul, I initiated the eco-mileage system.
10년 전 제 서울시장 첫 임기 때, 에코 마일리지 제도를 도입했습니다.

As you can guess, Seoulites, citizens of Seoul, can reduce the energy and tap water, It will be accumulated as a point.
짐작하시듯이 서울시민들이 에너지와 수돗물을 절약하면 절약한 만큼 포인트로 적립됩니다.

And they can use the point as a kind of money.
그리고 이 포인트를 돈처럼 사용할 수 있습니다.

So, it was very successful policy.
아주 성공적인 정책이었습니다.

So, I reported the successful case to the mayors of the C40.
그래서, 저는 C40의 시장들에게 이 성공 사례를 소개했습니다.
